Catering
Chef Oliver Ridgeway leads the Inn's culinary team and brings with him an innovative, contemporary and global approach to food. Ridgeway's distinguished style pairs Southwestern and Asian influences with a refined French technique. Menus change frequently as seasonal fare is fused with fresh, regional ingredients.

Whether planning an intimate dinner party for 10, an elaborate four-course dinner paired with select wines or a quick business luncheon for 30 guests, our staff will personally attend to every detail of your event.

Rates are based upon availability and minimum nightly occupancy of eight rooms. Rooms are subject to tax.

You may select from Chef Ridgeway's prepared menu suggestions or design your own unique menu which would be priced according to your selections. Making your special event memorable and imaginative from start to finish is our highest priority.
